Efficienza ed ergonomia con il nuovo palettizzatore a doppio ingresso
Il nuovo sistema automatico di palettizzazione SMI APS 3085 ERGON, dotato di modulo di ingresso a 90°, è la soluzione ideale per gestire in maniera efficiente la palettizzazione di una vasta gamma di prodotti. E’ un sistema particolarmente vantaggioso per lavorare schemi di palettizzazione con numero di introduzioni dispari, come lo schema 21 per bottiglie da 1,5 L; l’impianto è infatti dotato di un dispositivo di formazione strato a doppio ingresso che permette di recuperare le introduzioni dispari, lavorando sempre con l’introduzione di due file di prodotto.

The new automatic palletizing systemb APS 3085 ERGON, equipped with a 90° infeed module, is the ideal solution to efficiently manage the palletization of a wide range of products. This system is particularly advantageous for palletizing patterns with an odd number of infeeds, such as pattern 21 for 1.5 L bottles; the system is equipped with a double-infeed layer formation device that allows odd-numbered infeeds to be recovered, always operating with two rows of product.
