Águas de Carvalhelhos
Punto di riferimento nel settore dell’acqua in Portogallo ed uno dei leader nel mercato dell’esportazione, Águas de Carvalhelhos mette in primo piano la sostenibilità ambientale dei propri processi produttivi. L’azienda si è affidata a SMI per l’installazione di una nuova stiro-soffiatrice EBS 8 KL ERGONper la realizzazione dinuovi contenitori in rPET senza etichette di plastica.
Sant Aniol
Dal 1993, anno di fondazione, l’azienda lavora con consapevolezza per preservare l’ambiente e rendere il mondo un posto migliore in cui vivere. Per perseguire tale obiettivo Sant Aniol ha installato una stiro-soffiatrice rotativa EBS 8 KL ERGONche monta appositi stampi dotati di ReduxAir, un sistema ad elevato contenuto tecnologico che, attraverso il minor impiego di aria compressa, assicura una riduzione dei costi energetici nella produzione delle bottiglie PET.

Empresas Polar
Tra le principali imprese del settore alimentare del Venezuela, Empresas Polar è particolarmente attenta alla qualità dei prodotti, all’eco-sostenibilità e all’efficienza degli impianti di produzione. Partendo da queste necessità, per confezionare le bottiglie di vetro di ketchup a marchioPamperoin pratici e resistenti fardelli con vassoio e film termoretraibile, Empresas Polar si è rivolta a SMI per l’installazione di una fardellatrice CSK 40 T ERGON.
Il packaging dà valore ai prodotti
Numerose ricerche di mercato evidenziano che sempre più consumatori sono orientati ad acquistare prodotti alimentari da aziende che adottano imballaggi eco-compatibili.
SMI veste costantemente in attività di R&S per offrire una vasta gamma di macchinari in grado di lavorare materiali “green”: film termoretraibile riciclato, rPET, cartone ondulato o cartoncino leggero kraft.

I recenti investimenti hanno portato anche ad un ampliamento della gamma di servo-azionamenti digitali ICOS nell’ottica di un maggiore risparmio energetico e allo sviluppo di pannelli di controllo POSYC® appositamente progettati per il controllo di processo dei “minipal” di SMI, con funzionalità “realtime” e un’interfaccia uomo-macchina estremamente intuitiva.

The company turned to SMI for the installation of a new EBS 8 KL ERGONstretch-blow moulder for producing innovative rPET containers without plastic labels.
Sant Aniol
Since its foundation in 1993, the company has been committed to preserving the environment and making the world a better place to live. To achieve this goal, Sant Aniol installed an EBS 8 KL ERGON rotary stretch-blow moulder equipped with special moulds featuring ReduxAir, a high-tech system that reduces energy costs in PET bottle production by minimizing compressed air usage.

One of the leading companies in Venezuela’s food industry, Empresas Polar is especially committed to product quality, environmental sustainability and production efficiency. Starting from these premises, to package Pampero brand glass ketchup bottles into practical and sturdy bundles with trays and shrink film, Empresas Polar turned to SMI for the installation of a CSK 40 T ERGON packer.
