Radnor Hills
Nel Regno Unito, Radnor Hillsda 35 anni continua ad innovare e diversificare la produzione di acqua e bibite, prestando grande attenzione agli imballaggi sostenibili realizzati da un ampio parco macchine fornito da SMI dal 2008; è recente l’installazione di una cartonatrice WP 800 ERGONper il confezionamento in scatole con cartoncino kraft e di una fardellatrice ASW 40 F ERGONcon ingresso a 90°.
Holderhof Produkte
In Svizzera, Holderhof Produkte, azienda alimentare leader nella produzione di succhi di frutta, a distanza di tre anni dall’avvio della linea asettica fornita da SMI investe nuovamente in tecnologie di ultima generazione, come la cartonatrice LWP 30 ERGON e due palettizzatori APS 620 ERGON, per soddisfare le esigenze di produzione a marchio proprio e per conto di “private labels”.
Água Pedra Azul
In Brasile, Água Pedra Azul da oltre 30 anni imbottiglia l’acqua pura e incontaminata che sgorga nei pressi dell’omonima montagna. Per preservare la preziosa sorgente d’acqua e garantire il benessere dei consumatori, l’azienda investe in moderne tecnologie come la stiro-soffiatrice SMI EBS 10 KL ERGON.
Latteria Soresina
In Italia, Latteria Soresina, la maggior cooperativa nazionale nella produzione lattiero-casearia, nel 2025 ha festeggiato l’importante traguardo dei 125 anni di attività; traguardo che è anche un punto di partenza per ulteriori sviluppi futuri all’insegna di maggiore capacità produttiva e minor impatto ambientale grazie all’installazione di una nuova stiro-soffiatrice SMI EBS 6 KL ERGON.

Installare, all’interno dei propri impianti di produzione, una stiro-soffiaggio rotativa SMI che monta appositi stampi per produrre contenitori in PET e rPET senza etichetta alla velocità di 2.750 bph / cavità è la dimostrazione che si può innovare in modo semplice.

Prestazioni elevate, cambi formato rapidi e maggior ergonomia. La cartonatrice wrap-around WP 1000 ERGONè la soluzione ideale per produrre scatole di cartone di varie forme e dimensioni, alla velocità massima di 100 pacchi/minuto, utilizzando sia cartoncino kraft, sia microonda da 1,5 mm di spessore oppure cartone standard da 3 mm.

Radnor Hills
In the United Kingdom, Radnor Hills has been innovating and diversifying the production of water and beverages for 35 years, paying great attention to sustainable packaging made from a wide range of machines supplied by SMI since 2008 and from the recent installations of a WP 800 ERGON case packer for packaging in kraft cardboard boxes and an ASW 40 F ERGONshrinkwrapper with a 90° infeed.

In Switzerland, Holderhof Produkte, a leading food company in the production of fruit juices, three years after the launch of the aseptic line supplied by SMI, is investing again in state-of-the-art technologies; it has recently purchased a LWP 30 ERGON wrap-around case packer and two APS 620 ERGONpalletizers to meet production needs for its own brand and for “private labels”.

In Italy, Latteria Soresina, the largest national cooperative in dairy production, celebrated the important milestone of 125 years of activity in 2025; a milestone that is also a starting point for further future developments aimed at greater production capacity and lower environmental impact thanks to the installation of a new SMI EBS 6 KL ERGON stretch-blow moulding machine.

The WP 1000 ERGONwrap-around case packer is the ideal solution for packing various types of cardboard cases of different sizes, at a maximum speed of 100 packages per minute, using kraft cardboard, 1.5 mm thick microwave cardboard or standard 3 mm cardboard.
