Coloranti naturali da frutta, verdura e piante non OGM
I coloranti EXBERRY® sono ottenuti da frutta, verdura e piante non geneticamente modificate. Consentono di realizzare un intero spettro di tonalità vivaci in alimenti e bevande, rispondendo alle preferenze dei consumatori per etichette ingredienti naturali.
Le novità in fiera
A Drinktec (Hall C3, Stand C3-522), GNT presenterà concept per energy drink, bevande a base di birra e sidri, in una varietà di tonalità che spaziano dal blu rinfrescante all’arancione solare, fino ai marroni intensi.
La tecnologia brevettata Blue for Beverages
GNT ha sviluppato la tecnologia brevettata Blue for Beverages, che consente ai produttori di sostituire il colorante sintetico Blu Brillante FCF (E133). Questa soluzione permette di utilizzare la spirulina per ottenere tonalità blu vivaci in applicazioni come sport ed energy drink, soft drink gassati, succhi, acque funzionali e bevande alcoliche con gradazione inferiore al 20% vol.
Alternative vegetali ai coloranti caramello
EXBERRY® Shade Autumn Brown ed EXBERRY® Shade Golden Brown sono concentrati ottenuti da sciroppo di zucchero caramellato che offrono un’alternativa clean label ai coloranti caramello (E150). Entrambi sono stabili in bevande acide con pH inferiore a 3,0, senza formazione di sedimenti o torbidità, e permettono di ottenere sfumature limpide dal marrone rossastro al marrone caramello in applicazioni come cola naturali, energy drink e iced milk.

Natural colorants from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants
EXBERRY® colors are made from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants. They can be used to achieve a complete spectrum of vibrant shades in food and drink while meeting consumer preferences for natural ingredient lists.
Highlights at Drinktec
At Drinktec, GNT (Hall C3, Stand C3-522) will present concepts such as energy drinks, beer-based beverages, and ciders in a variety of shades including refreshing blues, sunny oranges, and rich browns.
Patented Blue for Beverages technology
GNT has developed a patented Blue for Beverages technology that enables manufacturers to replace the synthetic dye Brilliant Blue FCF (E133). The solution makes it possible to use spirulina to achieve vibrant blue shades in applications including sports and energy drinks, carbonated soft drinks, juice drinks, enhanced waters, and alcoholic beverages below 20% ABV.
Plant-based alternatives to caramel colors
EXBERRY® Shade Autumn Brown and EXBERRY® Shade Golden Brown, meanwhile, are concentrates made from caramelized sugar syrup that offer a clean-label alternative to caramel colors (E150). They are both stable in acidic beverages with pH levels below 3.0, with no formation of sediment or turbidity. They can be used to deliver clear reddish-brown and caramel-brown hues in applications such as natural colas, energy drinks, and iced lattes.
