Slow Wine Fair

Slow Wine Fair è organizzata da BolognaFiere e SANA, Salone Internazionale del Biologico e del Naturale, con la direzione artistica di Slow Food, e promuove i vini frutto di un’agricoltura sostenibile.

In esposizione, centinaia di cantine italiane e internazionali e oltre 3.000 etichette: vini non solo buoni, puliti e giusti, in linea con i principi della Slow Wine Coalition, ma anche biologici – grazie al partner FederBio – e di altissima qualità, perché selezionati da una commissione internazionale di assaggio.

Per la prima volta la manifestazione gode del supporto di Fipe, che promuove nell’Arena Slow Wine un convegno dedicato al settore Horeca.

Accanto a degustazioni e masterclass con i produttori, a convegni e forum, la new entry delle bevande spiritose, dei distillati, dei liquori e degli amari. BolognaFiere ospita, infatti, la terza edizione della Fiera dell’Amaro d’Italia, promossa da Amaroteca e ANADI. Produttori d’eccellenza propongono al pubblico i propri amari raccontandone la storia, legata a una lunga tradizione e a ingredienti e ricette del territorio.

Slow Wine Fair è un evento b2b per i professionisti dell’Horeca e della Gdo, ma nel pomeriggio di domenica 26 porte aperte agli appassionati.

Slow Wine Fair is organised by BolognaFiere and SANA, International Exhibition of Organic and Natural Products, under the artistic direction of Slow Food, and promotes wines that are the result of sustainable agriculture.

Hundreds of Italian and international wineries and more than 3,000 labels will be on show: wines that are not only good, clean and fair, in line with the principles of the Slow Wine Coalition, but also organic – thanks to the partner FederBio – and of the highest quality, because they have been selected by an international tasting commission.

For the first time, the event enjoys the support of Fipe, which is promoting a conference dedicated to the Horeca sector in the Arena Slow Wine.

Not to be missed, alongside tastings and masterclasses with producers, conferences and forums, the new entry of spirits, distillates, liqueurs and bitters. BolognaFiere hosts, indeed, the third edition of the Fiera dell’Amaro d’Italia, promoted by Amaroteca and ANADI. Producers of excellence present their bitters to the public, telling their story, linked to a long tradition and to local ingredients and recipes.

Slow Wine Fair is a b2b event for Horeca and large-scale retail trade professionals, but on the afternoon of Sunday 26th the doors will be open to wine lovers.
