L’acqua naturale SNO nasce in Georgia dal pendio meridionale della parte centrale del Caucaso, a 1700 metri sopra il livello del mare.

Le soluzioni SMI per lo stabilimento di acqua SNO
Per la progettazione e la realizzazione dello stabilimento di produzione dell’acqua SNO, che ha sede a Misaktsieli, a pochi chilometri dalla capitale Tbilisi, Aqua Geo si è avvalsa della collaborazione di partner specializzati in tecnologie avanzate di imbottigliamento e confezionamento.
Investire per incrementare l’efficienza
Lavorando in stretta collaborazione con il team di Aqua Geo, gli ingegneri di SMI hanno progettato una soluzione ad hoc per incrementare l’efficienza produttiva delle linee PET da 0,5 L e 1,5 L.
Fine linea per bottiglie PET da 24.000 bph
La soluzione comprende:
- Fardellatrice CSK 50F ERGON per produrre fino a 50 pacchi/minuto in solo film nel formato 6×4 e 4×3 (bottiglia da 0,5 L) e 3×2 (bottiglia da 1,5 L)
- Nastri trasportatori per movimentare il prodotto sfuso all’uscita del monoblocco di riempimento; nastri di accumulo prima e dopo l’etichettatrice e nastri per la movimentazione dei fardelli tra la fardellatrice e il palettizzatore;
- Manigliatrice HA 60
- Palettizzatore APS 1550 ERGON per realizzare palette europallet 800×1200 e 1000×1200.

SMI ha fornito un sistema automatico di palettizzazione per lavorare i fardelli provenienti dalla fardellatrice LSK 35T installata nel 2011.

- Palettizzatore APS 1550 ERGON per il confezionamento in palette europallet 800×1200 e 1000×1200 dei fardelli 4×3 e 6×4 (bottiglie PET da 0,33 L e 0,5 L) e 3×2 (bottiglie PET da 1 L e 1,5 L) provenienti dalla fardellatrice LSK 35T
- Nastri trasportatoriper la movimentare il prodotto confezionato in uscita dalla fardellatrice
- Avvolgitore a braccio rotante

SMI solutions for SNO water plant
For the design and the construction of the production plant of SNO natural water, located in Misaktsieli, a few kilometers from the capital Tbilisi, Aqua Geo collaborated with partners specialized in bottling and packaging advanced technologies.
Investing for increasing efficiency
Working in close collaboration with Aqua Geo team, SMI engineers designed an automatic solution for increasing the production efficiency of 0.5 L and 1.5L PET lines.
24,000 bph end of line for PET bottles
The solution includes:
- CSK 50F ERGON shrink wrapper up to 50 packs/minute in film only in 6×4 and 4×3 formats (0.5 L bottles) and 3×2 format (1.5 L bottles)
- Conveyors to carry the loose product out of the filling monobloc; accumulation conveyors before and after the labeller and conveyors to carry the packs from the shrink wrapper to the palletizer
