Uno dei più importanti eventi fieristici autunnali è alle porte: dal 21 al 24 novembre a Parigi si terrà ALL4PACK Emballage Paris, un vero e proprio riferimento per la filiera del packaging, del processing e della logistica. La nuova edizione, infatti, prevede la sinergia delle due principali anime del settore – Emballage e Manutention – portando il numero di espositori provenienti da tutto il mondo a oltre 1300 e una stima di visitatori che si aggira intorno alle 65 mila persone. Robopac e OCME saranno tra i principali player della kermesse, rispondendo all’appello di innovazione che guarda sempre di più all’integrazione di tecnologie all’avanguardia capaci di garantire non solo prestazioni eccellenti, ma anche il massimo risparmio energetico e il migliore rispetto dell’ambiente.
In uno spazio di 200 mq allestito presso lo Stand 5/A F029, i main brand di Aetna Group porteranno alcune tra le ultime e significative soluzioni per il fine linea del packaging, offrendo una dimostrazione diretta del loro funzionamento.
Tra i successi degli ultimi tempi, il Robot S7: stretch wrapper semovente con tecnologia R-Connect, elevata autonomia di confezionamento e funzione Stop&Go per un arresto immediato in presenza di ostacoli e ripartenza in automatico. Viene qui presentato con il carrello PVS di prestiro a doppia motorizzazione indipendente, con regolazione da quadro del rapporto di prestiro da 0% a 500% e si integra perfettamente ai canoni di automazione e digitalizzazione richiesti dall’Industria 4.0, dimostrandosi la scelta ideale per gestire prodotti di qualsiasi dimensione, forma e peso.
Altra macchina di punta presente a Parigi è Orbit R, avvolgitrice estensibile orizzontale ad anello rotante da associare a celle di lavoro o linee integrate, offrendo la possibilità di coniugare alta velocità a prestazioni elevate. La dimostrazione di un fine linea compatto e automatizzato viene affidata a Dimac Nova, la fardellatrice per il confezionamento di vassoi qui proposta nella versione adatta a produzioni medio/alte, e all’incartonatrice stand alone compatta WA 20-Wrap Around 20 a marchio Sotemapack, con dimensioni compatte per velocità fino a 20 colpi/minuto e funzionamento in alternato, disponibile in varie configurazioni inclusa la versione combinata (tray and film oppure tray and lid).
A completamento del fine linea è presentato Integra, il veicolo automatico a guida laser con sistema Natural Navigation della BU Robopac Machinery: piccole dimensioni ma in grado di movimentare prodotti per carichi fino a 1500 kg. Ad All4Pack i visitatori dello stand Aetna Group lo vedranno interagire con l’avvolgitrice automatica Technoplat TP, dotata di tecnologia R-Connect e gruppo pinza e taglio film con spalmatore che assicurano l’aggancio, il taglio e la spalmatura della coda del film.

ROBOPAC AND OCME AT THE FOREFRONT AT ALL4PACK EMBALLAGE PARIS 2022
One of the most important autumn trade fairs is just around the corner: from 21 to 24 November, ALL4PACK Emballage Paris will be a real reference point for the packaging, processing and logistics supply chain. The new edition, in fact, foresees the synergy of the two main souls of the sector – Emballage and Manutention – bringing the number of exhibitors from all over the world to over 1300 and an estimated 65 thousand visitors. Robopac and OCME will be among the main players at the event, responding to the call for innovation that increasingly looks to the integration of cutting-edge technologies capable of guaranteeing not only excellent performance, but also maximum energy saving and the best respect for the environment.
In an area of 200 square meters set up at Stand 5/A F029, the main brands of the Aetna Group will be bringing some of the latest and most significant solutions for end-of-line packaging, offering a direct demonstration of their functioning.
Among the recent successes is the Robot S7: a self-propelled stretch wrapper with R-Connect technology, high packaging autonomy and Stop&Go function for immediate stop at obstacles and automatic restart. It is presented here with the PVS pre-stretch carriage with dual independent motors, with pre-stretch ratio adjustment from 0% to 500%, and integrates perfectly with the automation and digitalisation standards required by Industry 4.0, proving to be the ideal choice for handling products of any size, shape and weight.
Another flagship machine exhibited in Paris is Orbit R, a horizontal stretch wrapping machine with rotating ring that can be combined with integrated work cells or lines, offering the possibility of combining high speed with high performance. The demonstration of a compact and automated end-of-line is entrusted to Dimac Nova, the shrink wrapper for tray wrapping here proposed in the version suitable for medium/high production, and to the WA 20-Wrap Around 20 compact stand-alone case packer by Sotemapack, with compact dimensions for speeds of up to 20 strokes/minute and alternating operation, available in various configurations including the combined version (tray and film or tray and lid).
Completing the end of the line is Integra, the automatic laser-guided vehicle with Natural Navigation system from the BU Robopac Machinery: small in size but capable of handling products for loads of up to 1500 kg. At All4Pack, visitors to the Aetna Group stand will see it interacting with the automatic wrapping machine Technoplat TP, equipped with R-Connect technology and a gripper and film cutting unit with spreader that ensure the hooking, cutting and spreading of the film tail.
