Oggi siamo con Filippo Cesari, Plant Manager dello stabilimento di Cepina (Levissima) di San Pellegrino, con cui si parla di sostenibilità e tecnologia.
Tema fondamentale, la sostenibilità è un focus strategico per San Pellegrino Nestlé Waters, che ha recentemente implementato nuovo macchinario firmato Sleever, partner di lungo corso del gruppo: “Dopo quindici anni abbiamo deciso di sostituire un macchinario specifico, e abbiamo scelto Combisteam LPDET®: una mossa dettata dal desiderio di ridurre l’impatto ambientale, e massimizzare l’efficienza della produzione”.
È un ulteriore passo nella transizione ecologica dell’azienda, che diventa possibile grazie a un partner eccellente: “Sleever ha confermato di essere un supporto prezioso, dalla fase di sviluppo, all’installazione, all’implementazione e al supporto Anche di fronte alle difficoltà presentate dalla crisi sanitaria, con una perfetta comunicazione da remoto Sleever ci ha permesso di ottenere i risultati che desideravamo”. La sostituzione del macchinario avvenuta a cavallo tra giugno e luglio 2021 ha permesso a San Pellegrino di ridurre il suo consumo energetico del 50% e di risparmiare superficie e spazio grazie a questa attrezzatura monoblocco compatta. Nestlé Waters ha ora la possibilità di utilizzare un materiale di nuova generazione come LDPET®, per migliorare la riciclabilità delle sue bottiglie in PET.
Il successo di un’azienda così rilevante passa quindi per il rapporto solido e duraturo con realtà di sostegno. A use case of technology for sustainability: Sleever®, partner of Nestlé Waters
Today we are with Filippo Cesari, Plant Manager of San Pellegrino’s Cepina (Levissima) plant, with whom we talk about sustainability and technology.
A key topic, sustainability is a strategic focus for San Pellegrino Nestlé Waters, which has recently implemented a new machine signed Sleever, long term partner of the group: “After fifteen years we decided to replace a specific machine, and we chose the Combisteam LPDET®: a move dictated by the desire to reduce our environmental impact, to make energy savings, and maximize the efficiency of production”.
It is a further step in the company’s ecological transition, which becomes possible thanks to an excellent partner: ” For 15 years, Sleever has confirmed to be a valuable support, from the development phase to the installation, implementation and support. Even in front of the difficulties presented by the sanitary crisis, with a perfect remote communication, Sleever has allowed us to obtain the expected results”. The replacement of the machinery took place in June and July 2021: it allowed San Pellegrino to reduce its energy consumption by 50%, and to save floor space with this compact monobloc equipment. Nestlé Waters now has the possibility to run new generation films like LDPET®, to improve their PET bottles recyclability.
